By accessing or using the Smiling West Java website (smilingwestjava.official.id), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This website is operated by the Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat (West Java Provincial Tourism and Culture Office) as an official government tourism data repository.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to:

3.1 Registration

To access the Dashboard and certain features, Users must register an account using a valid email address or Google Single Sign-On (SSO). Upon registration, Users must select a role that reflects their organizational affiliation.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• •Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information
• •All activities conducted under their account
• •Immediately reporting any unauthorized access to their account

3.3 Account Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform. As required by UU PDP Article 25, Users will be notified prior to any account termination and given the opportunity to retrieve their data.

Users may access and view tourism data for official, educational, and research purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the content requires prior written authorization from the Operator.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Amicable negotiation between the parties within 30 days
2. Mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator
3. Arbitration or litigation at the District Court of Bandung (Pengadilan Negeri Bandung), West Java
